Delivery information
Orders placed on www.nordicedc.com are dispatched from our workshop in Sweden and can be delivered worldwide.
Please note that your order will be delivered by PostNord or FedEx and will require a signature on arrival. Once your order has left the workshop you will receive an email from Nordic EDC providing you with a tracking number.
Delivery Rates & Lead Times:
We offer flat rate delivery worldwide. We use PostNord and FedEx as our shipping partner. Delivery timescales vary by country, and on average takes between 5-7 days after we have shipped the order.
Returns information
You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason for a full refund of the value of the order. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the last good(s) in your order. The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to simply contact us.
Return fees:
We don’t charge any fees to restock any returns, however, returning the order/products back to Nordic EDC in unused condition and in original box packaging with the tags connected to the products is the buyers responsibility and the buyer shall the bear the cost of returning the goods.
